Where do I start pursuing my BS degree?
- If you have taken only a few college courses, we recommend you start towards your bachelor’s by taking online courses in BSC’s Nuclear Power Technology program, all of which will transfer smoothly to Excelsior College.
- If you have an associate’s degree, look to Excelsior College , Bismarck State College or other college course offerings to complete the required online nuclear technology courses and/or general education courses. Contact Excelsior College student advisors.
- Visit Which program is right for me? for more guidance on where to start.
Program schedule
Excelsior College online courses are offered three to six times per year. Most nuclear engineering technology courses are offered in January, May, and September; arts and sciences courses are offered every other month. Each semester lasts fifteen weeks. We recommend that you enroll in no more than two or three courses per semester, and that you request official approval from your advisor for each course in which you plan to enroll. Some courses have prerequisites; these are clearly stated in the description.
