Individual Membership
Are you looking to enter the energy industry and take advantage of EPCE-sponsored online education and training programs?
The EPCE Individual Membership provides discounts on tuition and fees on two online programs (Electric Power Technology (ELPW) & Nuclear Power Technology (NUPT) only) at Bismarck State College.
Note: The individual membership is not available to those already working in the energy industry. The individual membership discount is only available for the ELPW and NUPT programs at Bismarck State College.

Annual Cost
Individual Membership is $50 per year, payable via credit card to Strada Education Network. To request an individual EPCE membership, contact Katrina Douthit at kdouthit@cael.org. You will be contacted by the Strada Education Network Finance Department to submit payment. Once the membership fee of $50 is paid, you will be connected with Bismarck State College. They will require proof of membership payment prior to enrollment.
Eligibility
Anyone who is not currently employed in the energy industry- but wants to enroll in one of the two discounted programs available to Individual Members- may join EPCE as an individual member. If you already work in the energy sector, please contact your HR representative to see if your company is an EPCE member, or check our EPCE member listing.
Registration Policies
To receive the EPCE Individual Member tuition rate, you must submit payment prior to registering for any courses in BSC’s CampusConnection. Please allow 5 business days for processing. If you sign up to become an individual EPCE member after the start of the semester OR after you have registered for a course(s) in BSC’s CampusConnection you are not eligible to receive the EPCE tuition rate until the following semester.
